Ex Machina x Hot Toys: 1/6 Deunan & Bri

While I reserve judgement on the EX Machina movie proper, in terms of merchandising, EX Machina is looking VERY promising. Have you all heard the news recently about Hot Toys acquiring the license for 1/6 scale Ex Machina figures? Deunan & Bri heads the list.

For the unfamiliar, Hot Toys is a Hong Kong based toy company producing mainly high quality collector's 1/6 figures which contributed to the military 1/6 dolls collecting craze which started years back. Their products are quality, (very expensive) and usually sell out very fast. Ex Machina figures will be under the "Movie Masterpiece" line, and according to Hot Toys website, their first animated show figure set.

Yeah~ this 12' set are just way too cool! I know 12' figure will be super expensive, but I don't think I can avoid them, since they just made so incrediblenice~ @_@ No doubt they will be my “Must get item ” in 2008~ ^^

They are awsome! I know right now HotToys work with SideShow on making new and better Star Wars 12" figures bodies. HotToys rock! And these 12" Appleseed figures are great, it seems they are priced around $140-$170. I'd like to know the price and exact time of release. And maybe one day they'll release some GITS items too...

Nothing so far on Ex Machina in English. Even the Japanese DVD is also not out yet. Right??... I havent been checking up on Shirow news for weeks :(
